Health Intelligence For Perimenopause
Perimenopause quietly resets the signals your body runs on. anna reads them from the wearable you already own, and gives you one clear thing to focus on each morning. With the reason behind it.

You've probably been told it's stress, or age, or just a phase to ride out. But the way your body responds has genuinely changed, and you can feel the gap between how things used to work and how they work now. That gap is not a failing. It is a set of signals, and they can be read. anna turns the data your body already produces into one clear thing to focus on today.
The central insight
You have never had more data about your body, and never understood it less. Your watch knows how you slept. Your phone knows your cycle. What is missing is the translation.
THE DATA
Sleep, cycle, stress, HRV. Already on your wrist.
THE GAP
Generic advice meets a body that keeps changing the rules.
THE COST
Every lifestyle choice becomes a guess. Guesses don't hold.
What anna does
anna reads your own sleep, cycle, stress and HRV data, then gives you one evidence-backed line each morning, personalised to how your body is showing up today.
How it works
anna reads it through Apple Health, finds the patterns, and gives you one clear, evidence-backed thing to focus on today. Plus the reason behind it.
And no symptom diary to keep up with.
Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura and Whoop. Or just your iPhone if you don't wear anything.
For all four stages
anna is built for women navigating perimenopause, and works across four stages.
You're noticing small changes, or you're not yet but you want to be ready when something shifts.
You've started to feel it. Sleep changes, mood shifts, energy that comes and goes, but you're still working out what it is.
You know what's happening. Now you want tools to manage it day to day.
You're past the transition and looking after your long-term health with the data your body still produces every day.
Wherever you are, anna reads what you already have and gives you something to focus on today.
Clear, evidence-based guides to perimenopause and what your body is telling you.
Anti-positioning
anna doesn't ask you to log 40 things a day. It reads what your watch already collects.
Charts and graphs you have to interpret are not insights. anna gives you one clear thing.
anna has a clean, professional interface you'd happily open in any meeting.
anna is not a telehealth service and not an HRT pipeline. anna is built to help you have a better conversation with your GP, not replace one.
Every tip anna gives you links to the research source behind it. The reasoning is open.
anna is a tool for self-awareness. The medical decisions belong to you and your clinician.
Proof
anna's daily guidance is built on a clinical translation engine with more than 1,000 doctor-reviewed rules, each one tied to published research on perimenopause biology and lifestyle medicine. Every tip you read comes with the reasoning. Every tip links to its source.
Every one tied to published research.
Read the science behind it.
Before any tip reaches you.
What anna is not, intentionally, is a medical device. anna does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. anna shows you the patterns in your own data, so when you walk into your doctor's office, you do it with evidence.

The team
anna is built by Elīna Pīka-Lepere and Zanda Freimane, co-founders based in Riga. It began with a phone call. Elīna, who had spent 15 years making complex things feel effortless in advertising, enterprise retail and AI, rang Zanda for a technical opinion on an idea. One coffee later, the consult had become a co-founder.
They build anna from two sides of the same problem. Elīna had watched friends wear every device and try every menopause app, and still get no answer to a simple question: what do I do about this today? Zanda, 32 and a biohacker who reads sleep research for fun, is building the toolkit she intends to arrive with. She leads product and technology, turning anna's evidence into one clear thing you can act on each morning.
No VC. No big team. Just two women building the app they could not find.
The answers women keep asking for already exist, scattered across decades of research. We are bringing them home, mapped to the signals on your wrist and reviewed by clinicians, so the science finally reaches the women it was written for. We are building anna because this life stage is coming for us too. We intend to meet it knowing, and we want every woman after us to do the same.
